D.M.Fleming Building Design Limited has over 36 years experience in the building industry and has amassed an immense amount of knowledge over that period of time both in the private, commercial and industrial sectors.

We take individual projects from commencement through to completion incorporating initial feasibility studies production of detailed Planning and Building Regulation submission drawings together with documentation/specifications suitable for the purpose of obtaining competitive tenders, along with on site supervision and the issue of certification for bank "draw downs", mortgage purposes and general certification.

We carry full P.I.Insurance cover for over 1 million pounds for each and every project.

Over the period of 36 years we have gained numerous accolades and endorsements together with awards from "The Civic Trust" and "Help the Aged Housing Trust", and would be happy to provide any references or testimonials from past or current clients.
