D.M.Fleming Building Design Limited acted as the design consultant for this development and was responsible for the initial concept and total design of the overall development in conjunction with Bett Homes, Bett North East Limited (Part of the Gladedale Group).

A unique development of 21 luxury apartments situated adjacent to Boldon Golf Club with views over the surrounding golf course and open countryside.

The development consisted of a choice of 4 generous 2 bed designs and 1 luxury penthouse at third floor level with internal lift access to all floors.

Generous car parking was created within the grounds along with still retaining ample garden and amenity space for all residents.

The development has been built to a high standard using traditional methods of construction/materials in order to maintain the quality of the housing in the area and to sympathetically blend with the surrounding housing.
