The Joiners Arms, Morpeth

The Joiners Arms in Morpeth is one of Sir John Fitzgerald Limited – Public Houses – The original public house has stood in its position in Morpeth for over 50 years and was converted extended and up dated 20 years ago by Sir John Fitzgerald Limited.

During the build period the public house remained open even when the cellar was been constructed under the ground floor which housed the main bar area.

The property retained all its former interior character with all the original paintings, stuffed birds and memorabilia been re – positioned with the bar.

The rear lounge area which at one stage was exclusively for the use by “women only” Has been extended with views over the River Wansbeck.
